What we collect
Your email address. Your phone number, only if you gave one and ticked the text box. The wording of the consent you agreed to, the time you agreed to it, and the IP address you agreed from, so that if anyone ever asks, we can prove you said yes.
That is the whole list. No name, no age, no location, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
What we do with it
Email you about House Rules nights. Text you about House Rules nights, if you opted in. Nothing else. There is no other use.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers. We never hand the list to a bar or venue we are running a night at, including the venue where you signed up. The list belongs to House Rules and it stays here.
Who can see it
Chase, and the vendors that move the messages: Supabase stores the list, Resend sends the email, Twilio sends the texts, Netlify runs the site. Each of them only ever sees what they need to deliver a message.
Getting out
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Every text takes STOP. Email houserulessd@gmail.com and ask us to delete you entirely and we will, in full, no questions.
Note that a phone number that has texted STOP stays on a do-not-text list even after deletion. That record is the only thing standing between you and being texted again by a future import, so it is the one thing we keep.
California
If you live in California you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to delete it. Email houserulessd@gmail.com. We are not going to make you prove anything beyond controlling the address or number in question. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
