Why book a Friends Night when the Thursday night is free?
The Thursday night is open to everyone at our venue. A Friends Night is just your group, on your date, at your place.
How far ahead should we book?
At least 21 days. Under 21 days adds a $200 rush fee. Friends Night has no rush fee.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
50% deposit holds your date ($100 for a Friends Night). The rest is due 48 hours before. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days out.
Do you provide the venue?
Use your own space, or we’ll help you find one. You pay the venue directly for space, food, and drinks.
What ages can attend?
Depends on the venue. Some are 21+, some are 18+.
Is there alcohol?
Only if your venue serves it. We don’t sell or serve it.
How many people can you host?
Friends Night: 10 to 20. Team packages: 10 to 100. Over 100, ask us.
Do we need to know how to play?
No. That’s our job.
